59-D Roosies worth having certified?

Just opened a nice original roll and found about 10 Full torch coins. Are they worth sending in? I would guess the majority are 65-66 in grade.

    Only Full Bands / Full Torch coins and only at MS67 grade......You might get your submission fees back on a MS66FB but its iffy.....very common coin w FB/FT.
