Help Needed With this Toned Franklin

I recently acquired this 1963 franklin half in a full OBW roll. This one was on the end. Unfortunately some dufus had placed tape over that end of the roll. The yellow orange gunk on the bell is the tape residue. I need help in knowing what to do with this coin. I really like the toning and would love to have it slabbed. The obverse is beautiful frosty white. What options would I have with this coin. Your input is appreciated and valued. By the way this is my first picture ever posted. I hope it looks OK. The coin on the other end of the roll has beautiful toning on the obverse but thankfully no tape was placed over that coin.

You could dip it after the residue was gone, and end up with an all-white coin, but then you'd lose the toning you like so much. This is what I would do if it were mine, but others will disagree. Obviously, if you like the toning, this is not an option.
Edit: Maybe NCS could do something about it, but I don't know if the coin is worth enough to you for that to be worth your hassle. Or even what the outcome would be.
But I have never used Goo Gone on coins. And only once or twice on stuff at work, as I recall. What's its active ingredient? I think there's a container of it around here somewhere...
(I wonder if it would affect his toning, though?)
What is "OBW", anyway?

LordMarcovan is correct about the acetone. That would be my choice. Should come right off without affecting the toning.

As for getting the coin graded, first of all, you should ask yourself what is the purpose of getting that particular coin graded? If it's just to protect it, there are some nice capital holders that you could put the coin in that would give you just about the same degree of protection. If however, the coin is in a higher grade, say MS65 or better - it might be worth grading, but that's entirely up to you. Paying $16 to get a $5 coin graded doesn't make a whole lot of sense
Again, this is not true, acetone is as safe as water for coins. I would use acetone before Goo Gone, or you might end up with tone gone.
