Same here. It's a curse! When I started my type set, I intended to start with the non-gold issues. But then I went and weakened. I bought ONE gold piece...
Which of course led to MORE gold...
...which begat even MORE gold.
Man...don't get bit by the gold bug! It's really hard on the wallet.
There's nothing like a nice Draped cent, but nice ones are tough to find. And you picked up a sweet little quarter eagle there.
I have an 1856-S quarter eagle. But it ain't that nice. (It's on my Holey Gold Hat).
