Fleer Feel the game classics dilema

I have been recently putting together the 2001 Greats of the Game Feel the game classics baseball set. I have recently seen a couple auctions on EBay with the cards hand numbered. All the ones I have have no hand numbering on them.

I emailed the first guy about the numbering and he told me it was a buy back in the 2004 Fleer National Pastime set. I checked on Fleer's website and it didn't say anything about it. I emailed this back to him and have gotten no response as of yet. I figured this was someone trying to increase their profit. Then I saw the second card which is a different seller. I haven't looked into that one as of yet. Any input to the truth of this would be very helpful. Thanks
