Question about PSA grading

I have 4 cards I need crossed over, 1 card that has a 'mechanical error', and about 20 cards that I need reholdered.

My question is, can I send them all in on one submission??

no. 1 level of service for each submission.

You can mail multiple submissions in the same box, though. See this page.
