At least one of the Ruffins from the bunch that "took" several members on the BST is still in action on eBay. His user id is "bigshoppa2004".
Evidently, the police handling the IFCC and other complaints from members have done no good as he (they) are still living and doing business out of Fayetteville, NC.
The least you can do is block him from bidding on anything you sell and I'd seriously avoid anything HE sells!
