Downgrading of Proffessionally Graded Coins

Under what conditions could a professionally graded coin be downgraded and by whom? Specifically if it has lost it's lust.

Hi Roland,

At our service we have a grading guarantee. If you think you have an overgraded PCGS coin, send it to us using our Guarantee Resubmission service. Our graders grade the coin without knowing it's a guarantee coin. If the results are that the coin should go down in grade, we make a financial settlement with you based on the terms of our grading guarantee.
