All,

When you have asked that a card be added to an existing set, are you notified that the card has been added? I have sent in several requests to have cards added to the Marino Basic and Master registries. I know that it will take several months for the cards to be added - but does someone e-mail you the card has been added or do you keep looking until the card shows up in the respective sets?

Just wondering.

PSA has always notified me when they've officially entered the requested card into the set.

Me too. Just be patient. For whatever reason, it now takes 3 months or more to do what used to be done in several hours or at most a few days!

Aren't they holding off on all changes until after the awards, when the new registry gets installed?

No. But Yes to a certain extent. I believe that there was a deadline of Aug. 30 to get cards added to sets that would be guaranteed to be updated prior to the awards. At one point, about a month ago, I had about 50 cards that I had requested to be added to sets. A good amount were added last month, but I'm still waiting for some that I requested in May - 4 months ago!

Thanks for everyone's input. Cosetta said that Aug 31st was the deadline to submit addition request to existing sets before the registry cutoff on Oct. 31. I'm glad to know that I'll be notified when the cards are added - because I have over 50 to input.
