Grade N-zero or N0

Hi, I need a little help. I person wants to trade signature cards with me, he has his authenticated by PSADNA. I put the cert verification in on this site and it reads graded "N0." what does that mean?

also, when I put the cert verification in for PSADNA on there site and it says not available? could this be a fake graded card?

    Its probley graded by PSA/DNA but not holdered and comes with a certificate.
    I'd watch out, ask him if it is in a holder.

    It also could be a slabbed card without a grade, just "Authentic". Enter the following cert # into system: 90331227 . You'll see that you get this card:

    Year: 1966
    Brand: TOPPS
    Player: DODGERS ROOKIES
    Variety: PSA/DNA CERTIFIED B89618
    Grade: N0


    I have this card, and it's slabbed, just not graded. I'll post a scan later if it helps.
