NGC EarlyBird submission -- mailed out 9/7, in my PO Box on 9/17

I had five more free EarlyBirds to use soon, so I decided to burn them on a few more of my better date Indians and Lincolns. I filled out the online submission on Labor Day (9/6) and mailed the packet on 9/7. It was received by NGC on 9/9, grades posted on 9/14, the return package postmarked 9/15 and received in my PO Box today. Whoa!

I suspect I'll someday crack these out (except the 1909-S Lincoln where I want the authentication) when I decide how to display the set; they all seem a bit overgraded to me (but then I tend to use Fly-In standards for my Indians which are a bit more stringent) -- but that turnaround time is unbelievable! My comments are bold-faced:

001 1869 1C MS 62 BN Cracked it out of an NGC AU-58 holder years ago (I graded it AU-58)
002 1870 1C AU 58 BN Pick-Axe (S-7); purchased as XF-45 from JJ Teaparty (I'd say XF-45, maybe AU-50)
003 1871 1C AU 55 BN Purchased from Eagle Eye as XF-40, but probably nicer (I called it AU-50)
004 1872 1C XF 45 BN Purchased from JJ Teaparty as XF-40; solid XF by ANA/Photograde, VF-35+++ by Fly-In standards
005 1909 S LINCOLN 1C AU 50 BN I graded it a strong XF-40
