Does anyone know how to block specific bidders on E-bay?

I have someone who retracted a bid for invalid reasons and I would like to block them from future auctions. Is there a specific way to block a single bidder on E-bay?

From this link, click on "Add an eBay user to my Blocked Bidder/Buyer List" and add the eBay user ID of the person you're blocking.

Why on Earth would anyone want to block snipers? Do you like practically giving away the items you sell? It's not uncommon for a $100 item to be sitting at $25-$50, if that, before the snipers move in during the last few seconds. Block them and your $100 coin sells for $30 because no late, best bids push up (or beat) the underbidder's proxy.

I snipe on all my buys,I just wanted to know if Pre Approved listing afew times would scare away sniper from there listing and latter list without Pre approved listings.

I see nothing wrong with sniping, I got some great deals, slabs under the cost on getting them Certified but it open the door for me buying more coins from that seller at a good price, sniping works well for both partys,but some dislike it and close there listings at the last min.
