I like it. I think they did a nice job with the placement of the coins and the packaging. I don't mind paying $12.95 for a nice set.

.............and all the state quarters are available in the Mint/Proof sets, also. this is simply a marketing idea to sell the coins and an oppurtunity for a collector to obtain the Nickels without having to buy all the other coins. it goes a step further, though, enabling us to get all the MS/PR issues in one package.

Nice for the Jeff collectors who only want the nickels and not so much the other coins in the mint/proof sets.

For other collectors who buy all the uncirculated and proof sets coming from the Mint, it's just a repackaging to make you ante up again for coins you already have.

I wonder if the uncirclateds in these will be regular uncirculated or will have the SMS finish to them??

I notice they state that the sets will have uncirculated as well as proofs. Given the recent prices on E-bay for MS68 2004 Nickels it might be worth a shot.
