    Jared,

Please explain this statement, "To make sure you are happy with your purchase we post feedback once feedback is posted for us"image
If you are happy with the speed of payment from the buyer shouldn't you post feedback right away?
Being primarily a buyer I get a feeling of buyer extortion reading that.

This doesn't make me feel any more comfortable....If you have ANY problems with your transaction please email us prior to posting feedback, we want your repeat business and we want to make you happy with your purchase.
That makes me feel like you're not confident with what you're selling.

I back the products I'm selling 100%. If you don't like it send it back and we'll give you a full refund.

The reason I don't post feedback until feedback is left for us is because of one bad apple. The post office broke open tubed rolls that were taped shut and taped together with 2 layers of bubble wrap. The guy never emailed us about the problem and just left bad feedback. We would have been happy to replace the rolls for FREE if he would have just emailed us first. Many sellers are doing this not for similar reasons.
