I can tell by the pattern that is a pretty coin. Too bad the seller can't get a better image of it.

I just thought it was shame that the obverse didn't turn out as well as the reverse.

Hi,
the obverse you mentioned is just what the Oak Ridge irradiated dimes mentioned in an earlier post in response to your post about the NYWF 64/65 irradaiated dime. They look just look like this when found in the original 1949-50's Oak Ridge "early slab". Excellent and very even target toning on both sides.
