Krause number Y#12, made of copper with the bust of Muhammad Bawhawal Khan V.
UNC- $2.00, XF- $1.25, VF- .075
Edit to add: It's a Princely state in India.

Indian state, now part of Pakistan, copper, AH1359 (1940-41), Y-12, features Sir Sadiq Muhammad Khan V (1907-47), .10-$2.

Bahawalpur was also a mint for some coins listed under Afghanistan.
