need help IDing something.

Hello all! I'm new here and have a question. I have a Copy of a 1889CC dollar. On the reverse at the bottom is a raised area with "COPY # BP1694" Can any one tell me who made this and what it is made of? It is proof. Thank you!!

    I bet it's one of these.

    New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

    Modern reproduction. Good for filling holes or as display pieces only. Will never have any real value.
