Anyone know what these go for?

I picked it up on a whim from another dealer at ANA who also didn't know what they go for (i.e. I probably paid too much image ).

I think that is its original box of issue with it. Just a touch of wear on the high points and some nicely colored and reflective fields. AE. 38mm. 24.63g.

Anyone already have one and remember what they paid? Or does anyone want to pay me a small fortune for this one? I would grudginly accept $1.2 million for it. image

I don't know what it goes for, but it sure looks purtyimage.

P.S. - What is that on Edward's cheek? Looks like he had a squabble with the misses the night before.

Just wear/friction from the box lid. It does look a little painful though, doesn't it? image

    Me likes it alot!

Listed as BHM 3752 in Laurence Brown's British Historical Medals 1760-1960 Vol. 3 Issued by J. Carter - 39mm

Listed in Silver, Copper/Bronze, gilt Copper/Bronze and White Medal with the AE version as very common.
The date is the originally scheduled date for the coronation, not the actual date of Aug. 9th.

I have not seen this one offered on eBay before.

  • Sorry, I thought that was the name of the reference. image I'm afraid I don't have one of his. I'm not much up on the prices of British medals unless I've acquired one.
