What is the status of PCGS giving an explanation of why a coin did not cross?

    Hi Stewart,

    We are still jammed with coins and the DNC explanation will slow down the grading process. We'll do it eventually...for now all we can offer is a Presidential Review, which includes a note from me about the coin.
