Are you inquiring if there is a list that the members of this board have put together that rates Coin Dealers?
Members ask often on this forum about coin dealers, eBay sellers, etc by name. Put their name up if you want to know about them. Coin dealers like to see how they're being perceived by the buyers too.

I like Heritage, ANR, Bowers, USA Collector (Dale Williams), Michael Dixon, Jbsteven, and Jack Beymer.
Dealers that I would avoid like the plague: David Lawrence, Legend, and Pinnacle.

Unfortunately sometimes one has good or bad experiences where others have not. Some of these experiences may help guide you but ultimately you will have to make your own list.
