I saw a short article today in the ( Wilmington DE ) News Journal about two new nickel designs for 2005. In addition to a revamped obverse, there will be two new reverse designs. These new designs are supposed to be unveiled on Thursday ( 9-16-04 ).

One of the Coins will have a reverse design " harking back to a favorite Coin of the American People".

Any guesses about what that design could possibly be? Hmmmm........image
