I guess he pulled a swap with a lightside forum member, sent him some semi-worthless stuff, got a PCGS coin in return worth about $50, kept it a couple of months and then complained about the coin in the forum. The response was not pleasant from the gentleman concerned. As usual, once the situation was explained to him ad nauseum he continued blithely on, not listening or learning.
