yup, it was a lot of fun, well here's the whole story...
columbus clippers (yankees triple-A team) played against the richmond braves (triple-A team of the atlanta braves). it was the playoffs, with a series of best of 5. first two in columbus, the next 3 (4 and 5 if necessary) in richmond. well, i didn't know that giambi was gonna play with the clippers for the playoffs till i found out in the newspaper that he was playing for rehabilitation. so i went to see clippers play braves in richmond. games were made fun, especially seeing giambi and shane spencer. giambi was overall in the series 2 for 16 (both hits were doubles). i took made pics and videos, but i only know how to post pics. i also got his autograph (7 of them from all the games during the weekend in richmond)...one on an official mlb ball, one one an official triple-A ball, one on a game used triple-A ball, one on a game used triple-A ball with 4 other columbus clippers players, one on a game used jersey (two color-pinstripe) card, one on a regular giambi card, and finally one on a jersey (which happened to be jeter's). mad fun. giambi is a great guy overall, giving plenty of autographs...after the game. by the way, did i mention i had front row seats ($10) right behind the clippers' on deck circle
giambi will return tomorrow to new york to play with the yankees.

game 1: braves win (overtime win in 13 innings)
game 2: clippers win
game 3: braves win
game 4: clippers win
game 5: braves win
