IN Clash on Neck. Letter M clashed on reverse. Entire wreath visible in front and back of head.
I think it's vam-32A, R-7 recent discovery. Cost me some BIG bucks though. Is it true that the
TPG's will take 1 point off for strongly clashed dies?

I've never heard of this. It's been my experience that they treat die clashes as mint made distractions, like they do with die cracks on this series.
In any event, that is the most heavily clashed 80-P I've ever seen, and a nice score.

The odds of that are very slim. A coin that flipped on the press then double struck would rotate. This coin shows the clash marks exactly where they should be, for example the spike coming out of Liberty's neck (outline of the eagle's wing).
