PL 1903 Indian - Advice

Searching for advice . . .
I have ANACS 862259, a 1903 Indian cent graded MS63 Red PL. At one point several years ago, the ANACS Pops showed just 4 "PL" designated Indians in the series . . undoubtedly that has changed by now. I have had the coin examined by a variety of dealers of varying credentials and heard everything from "It's a Proof . . " to "It's a 'thin-planchet Proof . . " to " . . well, the feathers aren't struck up enough and the denticles aren't sharp . . " etc.
Bottom line . . .do I crack it and send it to PCGS to see what they say, or is it more unique to leave it in the ANACS holder as one of a handful of "PL" business strike Indians? As a Proof . . it isn't a really big deal anyway . . . . (other than it's probably a 64 Red).
Any ideas?
Thanks . .

DRUNNER . . . take your pick:
1.) This is so esoteric a question no one has a clue.
2.) It isn't related to POE or any ongoing ebay ripoff so it just doesn't have any business in a coin forum.
3.) Your icon is making us airsick.
4.) You have the word 'member' below the icon. Come up with something a bit less graphic.
5.) We don't believe it. No one has a "PL" Indian. Call it a proof or don't. Get off the fence.
6.) Get to 100 posts and we'll take you seriously. All you have to do is work ebay and you'll earn your stripes.
7.) Indians? Indians? Get with the politically correct version . . . Native American Bronzes.
8.) 64 Red? So we're into grading coins now too? Quit posing as a superior grader to ANACS and we'll deign to respond.
9.) 66 posts in a year? What are you doing with your spare time . . . collecting coins like some nerd?
10.) Denticles-Shmenticles, Planchet-Schmanchet. No one will take you seriously until you can use some good acronyms! Come on DRUNNER . . .TPG . . . POTD . . . TTT . . . and an IPOTAD!
OK . . . tied up some bandwidth. Time for the monthly numismatic meetings downtown . . .
A paltry attempt at humor . . .but I did have some high hopes before they were dashed at your hallowed numismatic feet.

I think it's probably reason #2
But about your coin, I would agree with coinguy1 here (and probably would agree with him even if my opinion was different).
I would leave it in the ANACS holder where it can distinquish itself from the rest as a PL cent.
Do you have a picture you can post?

Many thanks . . . headed out the door but certainly good advice . . . and from several noted numismatists. I'm honored (no sarcasm at all . . . I burned it all up in the previous post!!).
It certainly has proof fields and a light cameo. . . I need to figure out how to post a good image . . . I'd also like to throw some toners out there I've had fun with for a few years.
A sincere thanks . . . and I'll work on learning how to image.

If the time come's to sell a great pic and the current holder is all you will need.
It seems unanimous . . I need to get an ability to send a pic . . . so it's off to ask the wifey, a web designer.
Thanks again . . .
Coins are safer . . .
Got to change the icon . . . looking for a textbook coin nerd icon. Watching the current icon has severely limited my posting ability . . .

My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)

I agree with the others....leave it ANACS and keep the cool designation.
If you go to sell it, then you need to make the call to leave it (ANACS is respected for things like this and, if you wanted/needed, you may be able to get one of the top people/places to look at it and purchase it based on how nice it really is versus the holder)
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
Yup. That's the one.
You're reckonin' right . . . dirty engines and all. A bit primitive compared to the heads-up and fly-by-wire everything of today . . .but then again the T-33 just had an "on-off" switch and a lever that said "go faster".
Good advice everyone . . . bottom line is I had the upgrade cert from the PCGS Collector's Club and was looking for something to burn it on . . . no one around here could identify for sure what I had. I tend to lean towards Eagle Eye's thoughts . . . it is either the first business strike off the dies on a polished planchet or a single strike proof (as I mentioned . . . when I get a minute I'll see if I can research how to post pics). I will keep it in the holder . . . and I'm going to find out how many other PLs there are now in the series . . it's been a few years since I looked at ANACS Pops.
Bunker . . . I was just getting warmed up. I need to learn my limits. He** hath no fury like a Forum scorned! I figure one wrong move here and you will be banished to the POE/ebay/bad grammar/darkside realm of Forum purgatory so I'm going to test my boundaries a bit at a time on the humor front . . .
I appreciate the help and I'll follow the advice . . .
