For the same reason it doesn't apply to stocks or other timely investments. A car or is not an investment.

I wouldn't think that many coin sales are high pressure or made under duress.

As I pointed out in the other thread, the three day backout option is only on a purchase contract. If you buy an item outright without an express return policy, you are out of luck.
