Is This Good Doubling or Bad?

Found a 1906 Indian Head Cent with some doubling on the back. Is it good or bad doubling? Look at left point on the T in CENT. Also the top and right points on the shield.

Given the responses I got on my 1921 Morgan with similar looking doubling I would have to say it is machine doubling only.

Most people would say that if you need a loupe to see the doubling, it's not worth noticing.
