Is David Hall correct about prices?

Check out this statement, then check out the prices. I do not think there is any way the prices were upgraded. If they were, then I must say the PCGS price guide is a disappointment.

They certainly seem to be a good GUIDE....but using several opinions and lists is a much more accurate way to make judgements.
