I don't claim to have as much experience as many other collectors and dealers, but I just bought the best Victorian large cent I have ever seen. P.S. Those are small die cracks, not marks at 4 and 7 o'clock near the obverse rim.

PCGS MS-66 RB. Pop 1/0. I don't think it missed the red designation by much. I looked at it today under 45x and couldn't find a mark or ding on either side.
