One is a PF68CAM and one is a PF67

My guess is number one in the proof 68 cam. Second coin reverse doesn't look like a cameo.

I agree, based on the reverses, no. 1 looks like the Cameo.

It looks like the photos are crossed- bottom left goes to top right, and that's the coin I'll take. But if I have to choose directly across, I guess I would go for choice #1. The bottom right photo doesn't look strong enough for cameo.....
