Could this be a 44D Jeff DDO-001? Help needed

Pulled another raw Jeff out to look at and this sure looks like the decription of a 44D DDO-001. Good doubling only on the B and RT of LIBERTY. The coin is showing incredible luster. Any ideas as to rarity of this DDO? Value?

Not sure as to the attribution, but it certainly appears to be a nice DDO.

I don't really collect Jeffs too much, but I think that may be the master die doubling that appears on many years of them.

Spinynorman is correct. The coin is the result of Master Die Doubling.
