Two Questions

I have some bonds cards which are in sets . Two 86 Topps traded. and one 87 Fleer. The topps traded sets have had the tape seal broken but the bonds cards were never removed. Should I pluck out the Barry's and get them Graded??? What do you think?? Second I asked this question in another section in this forum but did not get any replies...I have an official nfl football(older)One brown section the others white it is a wilson. There are several sigs on it. I only really recognize two of them One is Jim Kelley, the other is Ron Jaworski(very faded). Another name looks like Joe _iglea. Harry K____, Juile S_i_N 49 "raiders". The last three names that I mentioned are not faded but just not really easy to decifer. The ball was my wifes old boyfriend's so I dont have any history on it. Who would you reccomend I send the ball to to get an idea if the sigs are legit and a possible value? Thank you for your time!

Since the seals on the sets have already been broken, you won't be able to sell them as factory sets. Therefore, there is no loss if you pluck the cards and see if they are worth grading. If you look at Bonds rookies on ebay, it seems advantageous to sell graded cards instead of trying to sell raw cards.

If you are serious about getting it authenticated, you may want to look up the PSA/DNA website for information and instructions for submission.

Pretty pricey for sig authentication. After they look at the sigs I have in question my cost will be a couple hundred. I dont even know who the other three guys are. If you can post pics here I will try to take some pics of the ball and maybe someone around here might recognize them. Thanks

Hey, here's an idea, why not ask your wife's old boyfriend about the sigs?
Seriously, if you can get a good pic of the ball, you could submit for an on-line opinion? Did you check the price on that? I have never done it, so I'm clueless. I do have an auto over at PSA/DNA right now and can't wait to get the verdict!
