Isn't this the type of things scammers look for? "Feedback Builders"? Auction

Yeah, they don't even want the card, nor is one shipped. (Free shipping on a card that sells for 25 cents -- that would be a loss of at least 12 cents to the seller, plus time and material). It's just exchanging cash for a positive feedback. Pretty sleazy.
