I've been watching eBay for some decent Large Cents but am not having much luck.

Yeah, my grandson has a nice one! Maybe I'll crack it out of it's PCGS holder! Then my wife would put me on disability!!image
  • i had it lucky in the 1980's to mid 1990's or so--- a lot of dealers at coins shops/coin shows had boxes of all manner of US type coins, oftentimes going back as Draped Bust Large Cents, that would be sold for $5 apiece, $8 apiece, $10 apiece and so on. I got a lot
of nice Fine-Very 19th Century US type coins that way. I don't know that many such boxes exist anymore.
  • Nice assortment!! I think it's good you have a little bit of everything, but that's what makes it harder to choose which coin to buy nextimage Remember, above all, have fun!!

    notlogical,

I am putting the coins in a Dansco #7070 U.S. Coins Type Set album.

If you're interested in doing something like this you can find the album pretty easily on the internet , ebay, or most likely at a local coin shop.

  • notlogical,
You can buy one off of an online dealer's supplies store or at a coin show or coin shop. Most sell for around $20.
