This has become weird.The seller has changed the auction and eliminated the return policy statement. So try this link instead before he changes it again.

Nope, RYK used my email contents at 8:39 PM. No where before that post did the exact wording appear for him to quote from.

I emailed poe58 from poes auction, thru eBays "ask seller a question" link, at 8:22 with this question:

At 8:39 RYK used my emailed wording in a quote in his post.

I guess maybe Poe wasn't getting as many bids on his auctions as he used to before all this return policy business started and now he offers refunds. I guess he doesn't want to deal with the possibility of more Paypal chargebacks.

I humbly apologize for my transgression. I did not realize that the "ask seller question" info was being posted on the auction.

It was a little shocking to see my supposedly private question to poe, all of a sudden pop up in a response from someone else during that thread. I asked RYK several times how he came to have that info and never got a response.
