I wonder if there are any interesting toning effects from the lightning strikes.
Would a coin toned by a nearby lightning strike be considered natural toning?

Then NGC will slab them with the "Hurricane" pedigree and they will command a 300% premium

If lightning were to strike close enough to tone a coin it would likely look blowtorched.
