Are the 1999 proof Quarters really worth this much?

    Seems people think they are.

No. That is why I sold mine a year and a half ago. Figured when prices came down to Earth, I would buy them back. If they never come back down to Earth, then that is fine, too.
  • Thats about right. The whole set is going for $265.

Sounds about right. The sets sell for over $250, and most of that is the quarters. I sold all of mine (except for one) at close to $250 a pop in the last few months. They largely funded my 1877 and 1914-D cent acquisitions. So there's still a place in my heart for this proof set.

Anyone got an extra holder like that, and maybe a silver delaware? At least the holder???

My uncle "traded" me for some items and I got ICG PR70 1999 quarters (minus the silver delaware as he has mistakenly sold that on ebay prior).
I could probably get more "raw" for these like this seller, than I could for them in ICG PR70 holders.......

    Anyone...anyone....Bueller?

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
