Curious that the auction lot description implies that these are not common with full steps. Every one I have seen is either full steps or very , very close to FS.

Last year I submitted a late die state example to PCGS and the bozo's there did not give it the d/d designation. I had to settle for putting it in an ANACS d/d holder.

You should try to cross it to PCGS in the ANACS holder. I crossed mine from an ANACS holder.
