1853 seated dime-variety? grade?

Notice the arrow connects with the one, is this a known variety, any premium for it? Also why wasn't there a proof this yr? Whats the grade? thanks

Don't know about the grade. I do like the look of that dime though, very nice. A good example of a variety 3 arrows at date for a type set. IMO

Looks AU. 1853 with arrows is THE most common coin in the whole series. The 1853 without arrows is relatively scarce.
