Trouble with Icons?

I am not getting the Icons associated with everyone's Forum "Handle" Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me? There is just a blue file folder where everyone's Icon should be.

If it's me does anyone know how to fix it?

OK here.....btw, anyone know when the next round of uploading icons is? I always seem to miss it.

usually on the 15th.

Carol will usually post something in the open forum.

OK,

When I click on a Message Board page and see all the posts on a page I only see "blue file folders" where the Icons should be. When I open an individual post the person's Icon is there. My computer recently crashed so am I imagining things? Was it always like this? I am sure I use to see everyone's Icon when on the Message page before opening an individual post?
