Picture taking help

For a long time I have gazed with envy on some of the coins that folks here have captured with thier digital camera.
I am usually able to get good detail with my pics but the color is off. Please see attached two auctions. The pics were taken with the same lighting a just about the same time. The diference is that for the silver colored coins I set the 2x2 on a beige piece of felt and place the Sacs 2x2's on a piece of black felt. That way I pick up both coins details the best. But the colors. As you can see the nickels 2x2s are nearly white as they should be but the Sac 2x2 is blue. I have always had this problem but don't know what setting on the camera to change. As I said, every thing is the same when taking the pics except the color of the background and coin.
