Grade and Worth for this 1885O Morgan?

What grade and possible worth? Does it look cleaned or worse
from the pics? Its on Auction and Im just unsure.

Probably best to stay away from this one. I would look for a nice certified one in MS63PL if that's what you are looking for- I am not up on morgans but I think one can be had certified in the $50 range. So why take a chance and get a turd. mike

Looks like it's been polished.

These run around $50-60 in MS64, and you can get them for that slabbed... unless you want a toned one That'll cost ya

Looks AU58/55 to me... worth about $18.

Buy a certified example instead, to be more sure of what you're actually getting.

Looks AU to me also. If I'm going to purchase a raw morgan, I need better photos than those slightly blurry, black and white scans....

looks ms-64-ish to me, but it's unusually weak even for an 85-o. this is 1 of THE most common unc dates that exists, due to countless obw's. hoards still come to light from time to time. pass on this example, & get a better struck coin.
