Cross Overs

1956Quarter

I have a half in a PCI PF68 holder. I'd like to see if it would cross, or what type of grade PCGS would give it. So I have three questions. 1.) Is it possible to send it in to PCGS in the PCI slab and get an opinion first, and 2.) If I can do what I asked in number 1, and I like the grade PCGS would assign can I have them break it our and slab it without returning it. 3.) If the above cannot be done, how do I go about submitting the coin. Do I need to crack it out and put it in a flip or would PCGS crack it our for me so I don't destroy or harm the coin?

For our crossover service, you submitt the coins in their original holder. We grade them in the holder and don't crack them out and put them into a PCGS holder unless they meet our standards for the grade.
