"Submission Status" Screen Down?

Not sure if this problem has been reported already, but whenever I try to find out the status of my latest submission, I get no results whatsoever. Just this: "To view another order please enter your submission number and zip code and click the "Next Order" button. "

Anyone know what the problem is?

I've been getting that for a week just open a new page it seems to be random. GL

I've tried it many times now, and not only can I not get anything to show up for my current submission, but none of my past submissions show anything either. I've called up customer service about this, hopefully they can do something.
