Griffey Autograph Appearances?

I was just curious if anyone knew if he did sit down signings in the off-season? I've been wanting to get my Griffey Mariners jersey signed forever, but just now have the ability to roam about and attend card shows he might be attending.

If not, what would be the best way to get his auto on it? I'd be very wary of sending something like that in the mail...and I'd much much rather obtain it in person. And if he does, what's the best way to find out what shows people will be signing, and what not?
