You're right to be wary, though- that is the sort of thing that is often faked. Or subject to fantasy issues, though I don't suppose this would be a fantasy, based on the seller's info. It's either the real McCoy or a copy of the actual design on a real issue. Neat item.

Never having seen one before, I'd hesitate to say. It does look like it might be legit, and the seller seems knowledgeable enough to note the different types of badges issued.
