Just wondering if anyone here knows of any coin web stores that are huge - and what kind of item count does it take to be "huge" on the web? 2,000? Maybe 10,000? I'd be interested in hearing especially from those who have or help run web stores for coins. How many items on average are in those web stores?

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.
Probably 1,000 of the items in the opening inventory will be Lincoln cent die varieties, then another 200-300 items will be higher grade slabbed Lincolns. The remainder will be collector grade Lincolns back to 1909, rolls, and a fixed list for circ coins of all dates and grades.
I expect to open the store around the first of October. Once it's open I intend on building the inventory to over 5,000 items.
Thanks again for the responses.
