I picked up a couple pieces out of his collection (plus some others from him before he sold off his main set). Joel didn't have a lot of luck selling his conders himself and eventually he turned the balance of the collection over to DNW for sale. Somewhere I've got the sale catalog. Joel had some very nice coins but most of them were out of my price range at the time.

I talked to Joel on the phone for a few minutes today. Too bad I am a few years too late for the sale. He only lives about 45 minutes from me. I'd love a copy of the catalog.
