1984 50C PR 69 DCAM PCGS
1972 10C PR 68 DCAM PCGS
1972 10C PR 69 DCAM PCGS (going to buy soon)
I was wondering based on the value of what I have, how much should I pay for the coins listed above?

Most undergrades (in this case coins graded less than 69 Dcam) have little value, so you should buy them somewhere between $1-$12 each, as Russ suggested. The Washington and Jeff are also very inexpensive cameo in the grades you've listed. You'll pay no premium for the cameo, and will in fact have a difficult time finding them without the designation. Happy hunting.

<< <i>Why the Washington? >>
Because I'm in to contrast and it will have the best by far of that group.

<< <i>Do you think the Kennedy is a good price? >>
It's about right, but there are a lot of 1972-S proofs graded DCAM that shouldn't be in a DCAM holder.

<< <i>What makes them not DCAM? >>

Probably true of many "moderns"! But a great many people seem to care.

One thing you should look for with the 1972-s Kennedy - many coins are in dcam holders that have little contrast on the reverse. It would be worth a few extra dollars to get a nice Kennedy with reverse contrast. (Russ kind of alludes to this when he mentions that many dcams should not be in dcam holders). This assumes that you are collecting for the contrast, not the technical grade.
For example, the 1971-s nickel I have in 68dcam is a far nicer than any 69 dcam I have seen for sale. The frost is extra thick and very eye appealing. I prefer this level of contrast to a less-contrasted 69dcam.
Hope that helps.
