First looks too weak on the shield... second looks too weak on the cheek and a few weak spots on the eagle, and the third just in general looks like it doesn't have enough contrast, and there looks to have some frost breaks on the Lincoln memorial...

Two of them just are not Cam! The 69-s would probably Cam on a resubmission, but I'm not spending the money!
