Went to a Canadian coin dealer yesterday...

up here in New Brunswick. Hi everyone!

Found a few nice purchases. An 1885 Newfoundland cent in Fine, nicely toned 1971 Britsh Columbian silver dollar, and prettily toned 1967 mint set.
I visit this dealer whenever I can when in New Brunswick - he's a very good dealer.

I Know it's a working vacation.....but still jealous I'd love to be in New Brunswick Your finds sound really great would love to see how your BC dollar has toned. I have one that has a nice tone to it. I bet that mint set looks neat I like the 1967 sets. I like the animals

I tried scanning the coins on my friends scanner, but the toning doesn't show up at all with the coins being enclosed in plastic, and the one silver dollar doesn't show the blue
at all- it scans in black. If I decide to take the coins out of the original wrapping, I'll be sure and scan them for you. I will probably take the NF one cent out of the 2 X 2 when I get home
